I am grateful to Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) for helping me cultivate a more holistic understanding of my mind, body, and emotions, as well as deeper empathy, compassion, and gratitude to myself and others.
I offer affordable classes while I get certified as an MBSR teacher through the UCSD Center for Mindfulness.
Shaped by many transformative experiences, I am working to cultivate peace, joy, and connection.
